The Intel DQ57TM features an LGA1156 socket. It is designed to work with Intel's Core i7, i5 and i3 series processors in LGA1156 sockets, as well as with Intel Pentium processors in LGA1156 sockets. When paired with Intel Core i7 or Intel Core i5 processors, the DQ57TM will give you outstanding performance and lower energy costs.

There are fourteen USB 2.0 ports (six back-panel ports and eight additional ports via internal headers) for connecting all varieties of peripherals and accessories. There are also four SATA ports and two eSATA ports for high-speed internal external storage options. There are also two PCI Express x1 connectors and one PCI connector for adding peripheral cards.

To take advantage of Intel HD Graphics built-in to select Intel Core processors the DQ57TM comes with dual-DVI-D, and DisplayPort video outputs giving you lots of flexibility.. With Intel HD Graphics the DQ57TM can support multiple monitors at once, premium video such as Blu-ray Disc and a full Windows 7 experience. However, when your work requires a 3D rendering or a discrete graphics card the DQ57TM also features a PCI Express 2.0 x 16 slot for fast and easy upgrades.
