Because this is DC-DC linear regulated power supply module, the efficiency not very good. In order to get higher efficiency and ensure the stability of the output voltage,the input voltage should higher than output at least 3V is better. - Input voltage:

Adjust method: First,connect input power supply correctly(between 63-4.5),then use multimemeter monitor the output voltage,and adjust the potentiometer(usually clockwise is boost,counterclockwise is buck) - Output Voltage:60V-3V
