This bilingual overprint was applied by former Horthyst postal employees (mid-Nov 1944) who returned to work after the expulsion of the Romanian administration by the Red Army from the liberated areas of Northern Transylvania. The text includes the Hungarian and Romanian names of Transylvania, intending to show that the mail franked with such stamps left not from Romania, but from a separate Transylvania. MNH, OG. RARE.
