Unfortunately, New Imperial had been plagued with financial issues following the 1938 death of its founder Norman Downes and by 1939 New Imperial motorcycles were part of British motorcycle history.The entire content of this publication is devoted to the maintenance, overhaul and adjustment of all the major mechanical and electrical components.
