Thread Type:
 

The threads of all pipe unions are manufactured according to the common standards ISO 7-1/EN 10226-1 (internal and external threads) as well as ISO 228-1 (union nuts of the unions). The external threads are conical/tapered. The internal threads are parallel/cylindrical. All threads are generally specified in inches. The threads are sealed with a suitable thread sealing material such as PTFE thread sealing tape or thread sealing hemp.
 

Drinking Water Suitability:
 

Our brass fittings are listed in the UBA list (UBA = Federal Environment Agency) for drinking water suitable materials in drinking water installation and can therefore be used for drinking water supply.
