Heaven and Hell Within: Which One Do You Want?

Personality development is a vast and complex sphere, as there is much more to it than appears on the surface. In order to improve yourself, you should first learn what lies inside of you, since it's easy to change something when you know what it is. This book has two sections. The first section deals with understanding of the conscious mind, subconscious mind, the aura; and transfer of energy through karmas, people and places. The second section deals with habits and traits which may cause problems. Root cause of each habit/trait is discussed first. After that, approach as well as practices which can help in getting rid of such habit have been discussed. Various people may seem to suffer from the same problem from the outside, but the causes may be different for different people. Hence remedies should be applied after knowing the cause in each case. For example, though various people may suffer from headache, the causes may be different. Headache may be caused because of high blood pressure, low blood pressure, hangover, lack of sleep, being hungry for a long period of time, stress and some other reasons. Though the visible effect seems to be the same which is headache, the treatment may be different depending on the cause.
