Direct-Drive Automatic Turntable ST130 Turntable rotational acuracy achieved in the ST 130 is attributed to the 20-pole 30-slot direct drive motor. Rumble has been almost eliminated. A design based on vibreation damping cushions and balanced steel springs isolates the cabinet assembly from outside vibration influences. Oil-Damped Cueing When the needle is placed on the record, an original iol damping mechanism makes the contact gently. No more damage to your records at cueing time. Low Mass Straight Tonearm A low mass straight tonearm with resonant frequency matching assures accurate tracking and gentle care for your delicate records.
