Gerät aus sowjetischer Produktion in Zusammenarbeit mit Stern-Radio (interne Bezeichnung "R 190"). Stern-Radio lieferte u.a. UKW-ZF-Verstärker und Klangregelmodul. Einige Halbleiterbausteine (Transistoren, ICs..) stammen ebenfalls aus DDR-Produktion.

Einige Komponenten fanden auch Verwendung beim Modell "Riga 104".

LW, MW1, MW2, 5 SW bands (3,45 - 12,1 MHz) and FM (65,8-73,0 MHz). The export model (some models named Euromatic) features LW, MW1, MW2, 8 SW bands (4,68 - 22,09 MHz) and FM (86,73 MHz-106,99 MHz). Broadcast bands only.
10-30 min. timer "set off". Preset (sensor buttons) for eight radio stations - four each for AM (MW, LW) and FM.
9-12 V supply jack (minimum 5,6 V). Automatic dial light-up by touching the tuning knob. AFC for FM and AM(!). Bandwidth switch. 3 ICs; Double conversion in SW bands 2 through 5 (5,9 -12,1 MHz); IF 1840 kHz and 465 kHz; 2 Teleskopic aerials (one each for SW and FM). 2 ferrite rods (one each for BC and LW); Bandwidth control for 2 stages in AM; Jacks for external AM- and FM-antennas.
For the Export version double conversion in SW range 2 through 8 (5,80 MHz to 22,15 MHz).
