- Panatta was born at Iasi, Romania
- He develops a passion for painting from early childhood
1985
- He graduates the “Popular School of Arts” from Bucharest
1985 – 1987
- Takes part with different works to collective exhibits
1987 – 1992
- His field of work is extended to graphics & publicity artwork
1993 – 1994
- Takes graphics classes at the High Academy of Fine Arts in Hamburg, Germany
1994
- Personal exhibit composed of 40 paintings in Hamburg, Germany
- Paints the interior of the Toyota Auto House from Weddell – Hamburg, Germany
1994 – 1997
- Continues to work in the publicity field, designing caricature, graphics satire, book covers & illustrates as well as graphic conception
1997
- Paints the “Sfanta Treime” Church from Recea, Neamt – Romania
1998
- Extends to interior conception & decoration for Clubs, Bars & Discos
1999
- Takes part to painting restoration works at grade 0 art monuments with UNESCO financing (XVI century art – Hurezi, Valcea Monastery; XIV century art – Neamt Monastery)

- 29th of August to 15th of September – personal exhibit at the Jean-Louis Calderon Art galleries in Bucharest with 30 paintings.

- Paints the “Sf. Nicolae” Church from Valea Enei, Neamt County – Romania

- Paints the “Sf. Ioan Botezatorul” Church of the National Information Academy in Bucharest –Romania

- One painting is acquisitioned for the private art collection of Romania`s president, Ion Iliescu
- One painting is acquisitioned for the art collection inside the World Bank
- One painting is acquisitioned for the art collection of United States of America Embassy in Bucharest - Romania
- One painting is acquired by the National Museum of the republic of Moldova
- A large number of paintings are bought by private collectors inside Romania & from Spain, France, Italy, Germany, USA, Canada, Portugal, Greece, Switzerland, Austria, Japan, Holland.
2006
- 15th of December to 31st of January – personal exhibit with 30 paintings at the Wifi Gansendorf Center in Austria
2007
- 15th of February to 30th of March – personal exhibit at St-ART gallery in Wien, Austria
- 19th of April to 30th of March – takes part at the “ArteFama” International Art Exhibit in Torremolinos, Malaga – Spain, together with paintings made by Picasso, Dali, Miro.
- The Romanian Community of Koln acquires two icons for the “Toti Sfintii” Church in Koln, Germany
- 21st of June to 15th of August - takes part to an international art exhibit at the Café Club International in Wien, Austria
- 26th of June to 2nd of July – takes part to the second edition of the “ArteFama” international art exhibit held in the Sf. Ana Castle from Roquetas de Mar – Almeria, Spain
- 30th of June to 31st of September – personal exhibit at the ZumRatten Fanger Vinoteque, KorneuBurg, Austria
- 6th of October to 6th of November - takes part to the third edition of the “ArteFama” international art exhibit held in the Motril, Spain
