This book has been created to spread awareness, to raise money towards Help4homeslessveterans And to raise the knowledge of PTSD and Homelessness in the United Kingdom. Please if you feel affected by anything in this book please ensure you reach out for help or support and get support. PTSD is not just for soldiers, civilians can get this too. Please, everybody, think of one thing you like about yourself today. Think about one thing you achieved today. Think about your dream/Goal.. and what would your first small task be to help achieve your dream? Please find five minutes to just move your body around and step into the sunshine.
