Thinking Addiction Therapy: A Guide to Integration and Liberation

This work is a guide to healing old wounds that allow the mind to become strong enough so that it can eventually transcend itself; thereby freeing oneself from the ultimate source of misery -- the egoic content. Thinking addiction, like any addiction, even though it is painful we continually cling to our never-ending thoughts that bring ongoing misery to ourselves and the world. This guide is a path that leads one out of misery and into real peace, real harmony.
