Warranty

We provide a standard 30 Days warranty for end users. All claims of packages that have been damaged during shipping must be reported within 3 business days of item(s) being delivered. We process DOA (Dead On Arrival) equipment immediately for replacements (First 7 Days). We will exchange non-working units if we have identical units in stock. Otherwise, we will refund the amount minus shipping/handling/insurance costs.

We guarantee fast shipping! Our shipment is prepared in the morning, and we ship within one business day! For example, if you purchase your item on Monday, it is guaranteed to be shipped out Tuesday, and if you purchase your item on Friday, it is guaranteed to be shipped out Monday to make sure you get your item as quickly as possible!
